Obtain technical license as a civil engineer, structural engineer, geotechnical engineer, hydraulic engineer, or transportation engineer; thereafter start an engineering office or engineering consulting firm, or secure employment as a certified technician in a manufacturing factory

Obtain public service qualifications by participating in civil service examinations or related specialization examinations; thereafter secure employment as a public servant

Secure employment in private companies as a researcher or developer; or alternatively secure employment as an engineer for a construction, building, or consulting firm, specializing in engineering planning, design, measurement, and supervision
